There is no single export price for the 2026 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado. The price you pay depends on five things: the trim, the quantity, current stock, the trade term (FOB or CIF) and your destination. This guide explains each factor so you can compare quotes properly and order with confidence.
What is the 2026 Prado (LC250)?
The 2026 Prado is the latest model year of the LC250 generation, built in China by FAW Toyota. Every China-market LC250 is a hybrid: a 2.4-litre turbo petrol engine (207 kW, 430 N·m) works with a 40 kW electric motor for a combined 243 kW (330 PS) and 630 N·m. It uses an 8-speed automatic, full-time four-wheel drive with a Torsen centre differential, and a body-on-frame chassis. Full figures are on the 2026 Prado specification page.
Which factors decide the export price?
1. Trim and seating layout
The trim is the biggest single factor. The 2026 range runs from the BX — fabric seats, 10.25-inch screen, 18-inch tyres — to the VX flagship with 20-inch wheels, an opening panoramic roof, adjustable damping and JBL audio. In between sit the TX, the WALD Edition and the off-road WX, which is offered with five or six seats.
| Trim | Seats | Key equipment | Who it suits |
|---|---|---|---|
| BX | 5 | Fabric seats, reversing camera, 245/70 R18 | Price-sensitive fleets |
| TX | 5 | Leather, sunroof, 360° camera, heated/ventilated front seats | Mainstream retail |
| WALD Edition | 5 | TX equipment with 5,085 mm body kit | Showroom and image buyers |
| WX | 5 or 6 | Rear diff lock, 201 mm clearance, 12.3-inch cluster | Off-road and family buyers |
| VX | 5 | 20-inch wheels, panoramic roof, JBL 14 speakers | Premium retail |
2. Quantity and order mix
Our minimum order is one unit, so you can start with a trial vehicle. Larger orders, repeat orders and mixed loads are priced per batch. If you are planning regular volume, ask for a fleet supply plan rather than a single-unit price.
3. Stock and timing
In-stock vehicles can ship within 10 working days after payment. A specific trim and colour combination that is not in stock has to be sourced, which can change both price and lead time. Being flexible on colour is often the fastest way to a better quote.
4. FOB or CIF
FOB (Free On Board) means the price covers the vehicle loaded on the ship at the Chinese port; you arrange the ocean freight. CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) adds freight and minimum insurance to your destination port. A CIF quote is easier to compare because it shows the delivered-to-port cost. Both terms are defined in the ICC's Incoterms® 2020 rules.
5. Destination and shipping method
Freight depends on the route, the port and the method — Ro-Ro or container. Overland markets such as Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan are priced differently from sea routes to the Gulf. See our guide to Ro-Ro vs container shipping.
What does an export quote include?
- The exact model year, trim, seat layout and colour
- Unit price and total, in the trade term you asked for (FOB or CIF)
- Estimated shipping date and method
- The documents supplied with the shipment
- Payment terms, confirmed on the proforma invoice before you pay
How do I get an accurate quote quickly?
- Choose the trim (or describe your customers and we will suggest one).
- State the quantity and whether colours can be mixed.
- Give the destination country and port.
- Say whether you want FOB or CIF.
- Send it by WhatsApp or the quote form. We reply within 24 hours.
Should I consider the 2025 Prado instead?
Often, yes. The 2025 Prado has the same hybrid powertrain and core specifications. If a 2025 unit in your chosen trim is available sooner, it can be a practical alternative — ask us to quote both model years side by side.
