Information you give us. When you send an inquiry form, we collect the details you enter: your name or company, email address, WhatsApp or WeChat number, country, the vehicle you are interested in, quantity and your message. We also record the language version of the site you used.
Messages. If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we receive the information in your message and your contact details from that service.
Usage information. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to collect information about how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and which buttons are clicked. If you decline, analytics cookies are not set.
How we use your information
We use your inquiry details to reply to you, prepare quotations and proforma invoices, and manage the order if you buy from us. We use analytics information to understand which pages are useful and to improve the website. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Inquiries are delivered to our sales team through internal messaging and workflow tools. If you place an order, we share the details needed to ship your vehicles with logistics providers, inspection companies and customs agents. Analytics data is processed by Google. We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business relationship, and order records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.
